What you need to know
Homes for sale
It doesn't matter whether you know the owner: it's enough that they agree to let us work on the property. Knowing them, though, makes everything easier.
How much you earn
€500 for every house sold, as an occasional fee, within the limits of the people you refer and according to Italian tax rules. Data is handled as described in the privacy notice.
No cost
Promotion, contracts, photos and everything else are at our expense. Your work ends when the mandate is assigned.
No qualification
You don't need to be a real estate agent: no courses, no exams.

Referral
You know a home is for sale, or you find one, and you refer it to us.
Assignment
The home is entrusted to us, also thanks to you, who have already spoken to the owner.
Sale
We handle the entire sale, at our expense: you have nothing else to do.
Completed sale
When the home is sold you receive your €500.
