Before you start
Is the online estimate a real valuation?
No: it is a rough estimate, calculated on the OMI figures of the Italian Revenue Agency for your area and on the details you enter. The real valuation requires a visit, because what counts is what a form cannot see: light, exposure, view, real condition, surroundings.
How much does the online estimate cost?
Nothing. You pay nothing and have no obligation to give a mandate. We keep your details to get back to you, within the limits of the privacy notice.
Why do you ask for my phone and email?
To send you the summary and to be able to call you back and arrange the visit. With a single consent you also receive the follow-up emails: you can stop at any time from the link at the bottom of every message.
What happens after the estimate?
Choose a day and time slot for the visit. We call you to confirm, usually within 24 hours. Nothing is signed at the visit: you decide after seeing the valuation.
My home is outside the seven municipalities, can I still use it?
Yes: choose "Other area in Versilia". The estimate will be less precise, but we will tell you if and how we can help.
My property is let or has problems: can I still ask?
